Competition and Finance: a Reinterpretation of Financial and Monetary Economics was originally published by Palgrave/Macmillan in 1996.

A Chinese language edition of Competition and Finance was published by China Renmin University Press in 2005.

An free e-version was published by the Cato Instittute in July 2014. I am very grateful to Mark Calabria at Cato for making this available.
